mantispy.pl.qc(adata, figsize=(12, 8), group_label=None, labels=None)[source]#

Two-by-two summary of the QC metrics calculate_qc_metrics() writes.

Each panel is drawn only if the object holds what it needs, so a partial run still gives a figure.

Parameters:

adata AnnData: Object carrying the QC annotations.
figsize tuple[float, float] (default: (12, 8)): Size of the whole figure, in inches.
group_label str | None (default: None): Title for the plate axis in the per-plate panels, or None to use "Metadata_Plate".
labels Mapping[Any, str] | None (default: None): Display names for plates, keyed by value; plates left out keep their own name.

Return type:

ndarray | None

Returns:

None; this plot always creates its own figure, a two-by-two grid of the QC panels.
